We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition, without defects, or we will replace the product at our expense.
You may exchange unopened/unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No returns are accepted after 14 days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You will need to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost, broken or misdirected returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If your return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, the return shipping will be taken care of by us. Please contact us for instructions.
